Classic Recipe:

2 oz Tequila
3 dashes grenadine
½ tsp creme de cassis
½ lime juice and rind
Sparkling water

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour  tequila, lime juice & rind, grenadine and creme de cassis. Fill with sparkling water and stir.

Contemporary Recipe:

2 oz Tequila
1 oz grenadine

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour the tequila and orange juice almost to the top of the glass. Gently pour grenadine near the wall of the glass. It will sink to the bottom and create the graduated coloring of the sunrise. Don't mix. Garnish with lemon wedge cherry.

Tequila Sunset
