¡Que onda!

 It has been a long time since I have written!

 You know, now I will be writing about music, entertainment, movies, all those things that us  teens enjoy , I waited until now to write about this because today is Friday and it’s when my friends and I go to the movies…

 Every last Friday of the month, we always go to eat and to the movies because we have what is called Viernes Corto, short Friday, and are allowed to leave school at 11:40.  So the teachers have a meeting, and we have fun!…

We go to a place called Plaza Satelite, it’s a mall that has a movie complex, restaurants, music stores, etc… 

First we ask for a cab at school to take us to “Plaza”, then we go and buy the tickets for the movies and we go to eat, we always eat in the fast food area, today we ordered a big pizza for everyone and a hamburger from Arby’s or Burger King.

Then we talk about school, joke, laugh while we wait until the movie starts, we buy popcorn and candy, and lastly we enter the cinema…

 This time we went to see “Coyote Ugly”, it was cool, it’s about a girl who lives in New Orleans and she moves to New York, she works at a bar… anyway, you probably have already seen it some time ago, but if you haven’t  then you should really go and see it.

After watching the movie we took a walk inside the mall, we saw other friends, we had some ice cream and  sodas, and about 7 our parents picked us up.
